DGM/GM - Internal Audit - CA - Telecommunication

This position is with a leading telecommunication organization based in Mumbai.

The Person will be responsible for :

- Managing Internal audits

- Enable the Function to satisfy the Corporate Governance requirements- Annual Internal Audit planning, ERM and Audit

- Committee presentation,

- Working to improve Audit efficiency of the co-source audit partners

- Financial Quality Assurance framework- Balance sheet integrity and Key Financial controls Review Assurance review

- Improve control environment through guidance on processes & controls, execution of special projects / reviews, extension of planned audits and continuous control monitoring

- Support and advise business in effective decision making

Educational Qualification : Qualified Chartered Accountancy is must.

- Experience in Internal Audits of telecom industry is required.
