DGM/GM - Human Resource - Healthcare

Position is with one of the leading healthcare industry

Telugu speaking candidates will be preferred

Ideal candidate would be with 14+ years of experience from hospitality/ retail/ telecom industry

Develop & integrate HR strategies within the framework of Corporate HR strategies.

- To provide support to all HR Managers in the region for smoother HR operations and enhanced integration of HR function with business.

- Create a proactive, fair & firm Industrial relations culture.

- Monitor & coordinate career & succession planning.

- Monitor HR scorecard in order to align & assess the HR deliverables in relation to the business objectives.

- Maintain excellent liaison & relationship with local government bodies, union leadership & industry associations.

- Implement T&D initiatives within the framework of Corporate T&D strategies.

- Reinforce learning & development initiatives through supporting individual & team development, career development, training & experience based learning.
