Candidate Profile:
- 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in HR domain
- Full time MBA from a top tier Management School (Mandatory)
- Good experience in employee relations, organization development, performance management, talent assessment, workforce planning, leadership development and communications
- Team management experience is a Must
- Good Anaytical, communication and problem solving skills
- Experience in developing organisational structures, designing compensation programs, training & development and talent assessment
- Candidate should be organised and detail oriented
