Smart individual from service industry (hotel/ hospital) with 12-18 years of experience

Experience in handling end to end IR issues

Experience in handling labour and wage settlement

Should have experience in handling various roles in Employee / Industrial Relations

Experience in managing entire HR Life Cycle from Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, Driving

Engagement & Culture, R&R programs,

Experience in Long Term Wage Settlements / Collective Bargaining Agreements and handling Industrial Relations / Employee Relations in Multiple Union environment.

Developing & executing people strategy in line with Business plans / company strategy by building alignment with multiple local / regional / global stakeholders.

Expertise in Handling Strikes, Workforce rationalisation through VRS, Negotiations with Multi & Militant unions and other complex HR / IR scenarios.

Coaching / Advising Mangers, Business on Complex Human Resources / Employee Relations /Industrial Relations issues.
