DGM/GM - Finance - FMCG

- The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient management of the company's financial resources and ensuring that all the goals and objectives are achieved.

- He/She will be responsible for overseeing tax planning to optimize the company's tax position and ensure tax compliance accordingly.

- Maintaining the Company's accounting records in accordance with group policies, regulatory and general accepted accounting principles.

- The role shall also include supervising the transactional accounting and ensuring that the appropriate processes are followed.

- Taking care of all taxation matters (both direct as well as indirect), working capital management, banking relations, MIS, entire financial planning & analysis cycle (budgeting, planning & forecasting).

- Liaison with Board, Auditors, Lawyers, Regulators.

- Taking care of all manufacturing locations from a financial stand point and ensuring that costs incurred are rationalized.

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Production accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition and related MIS.

- Regular Budget Management & Consolidation and the management of Cash/Funds Flow

- Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting

- GST Management

- Experience in International trade and Forex management Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
