Position - DGM/GM - Finance Controller

Reporting to - Group CFO

Job Location: Belgaum, Karnataka

CTC - 35-40 LPA (Current CTC should not less than 25 lpa fixed)

Qualification - CA (Mandatory)

NP- Immediate to 60 days maximum

Mandatory Key Skills :

- Monthly book closure

- Consolidation of financial statements

- Statutory Audits

- IND AS

- Controllership

Responsibilities :

1. Manage controllership team covering General Ledger, Sales Invoicing, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll accounting functions.

2. Drive process improvements across above functions to enable qualitative and in-time reporting in coordination with cross-functional teams like Sales, operations, SCM, HR, tax...etc.

3. Monthly book closure as per reporting calendar

4. Monthly Schedule III separate and consolidated Ind AS Financials

5. Technical guidance to top management concerning accounting matters

6. Support in preparation of Consolidated Financials

7. Support in financial due diligence for fund raising to meet Group's growth objectives

8. Responsible for internal control, ICFR and Internal audit

9. Liaise with Big Four auditors for successful closure of statutory audit
