Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and plans to support the company's goals and objectives.

- Analyse financial data and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements in India.

- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate audits and tax assessments.

- Indian accounting standards (such as Indian GAAP or Ind AS) and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks, such as currency exchange rate fluctuations or interest rate risks.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support the company's operations.

- Optimize the company's financing structure and investments to maximize returns while minimizing risks.

- Monitor and control operating costs and expenses to improve cost efficiency.

- Analyze cost variance Supervise and mentor finance and accounting teams, including financial analysts, accountants, and clerks.

- Ensure the professional development of finance staff and maintain high-performing teams and implement cost-saving measures.

- Implement and maintain financial systems and technology solutions to streamline financial processes and reporting.

- Develop tax-efficient strategies and structures to optimize the company's tax position in India.

- Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and other partners to secure financing and manage banking relationships.

Qualification : CA/ ICWA/ Masters in Commerce/ MBA Finance
