The company is into E-Publishing Business and they are looking for people with experience in Sales and Marketing in E-Publishing Industry Only.

Role summary:

- The role’s purpose is to generate revenue to the company from existing large customers (Key Accounts) through account mining (increasing share of business for existing services in existing entities of customer, introducing new services to these entities and introducing our services to the new entities – new divisions / locations / group companies:

Key Accountability:

1. Achieve order inflows of by March 31, 2014 by mining the assigned KAM customers

2. Generate business opportunities of at least . crores by March 2014 by mining the key accounts assigned (obtain commitment for increased share of business/add new services/ add new divisions), which would result in positive sales closures in 2013.

3. Ensure no customer loss’ by taking appropriate proactive steps internally within and of externally with customers.

4. Identify skill-gap of KAMs / KAEs and train them so thats all KAMs / KAEs in the team are professionally well equipped to be effective in mining the key accounts assigned

1. Role influences company wide resource planning (manpower, financial and infrastructure) and capacity build up basing the sales plan.

2. Role influences product development

3. Role influences to bring in customer focus

4. Role influences bringing about changes to ‘Operations outlook & methodology’

5. Role influences profitability of businesses, revenues and collections.

6. Role ensures customers’ voice is assimilated and acted upon throughout the organisation

7. Role influences the formulation and implementation of the strategic initiatives of the company

8. The role’s expertise, as a part of the Management Committee, influences to bringing in the sale3s and marketing perspective, voice of customer, and changes in marketplace, to the overall company practices and strategy.
