Require DGM/GM--Enterprise Sales for one of the leading Training & Consulting organization, part of a 3.2 Billion $ Company. This role is based in Mumbai & will be responsible for P & L for the region.

People from the Training & consulting organizations s.a Centum, Door etc who have Excellent Networking & have the capacity to take the organization to the next level of growth.

Roles & Responsibility

Responsible for sales of the region- Responsible for P&L of the region.

Taking Care of Mumbai Operations.

- Leading a team of managers & executives to achieve all matrices of sales, collection and profitability

- Prospecting, identifying and developing new corporate clients.

- Achieving monthly sales targets

- Understands the training business and what drives profitability

- Analysing leads and opportunities to identify prospects and strategize sales pitch

- Ability to work under pressure

- Managing existing clients

- Maintains good long term relations with existing and new clients

- Responsible of people management of Mumbai Region

Industry Knowledge

- Understands corporate training products and services

- Understands process improvement initiatives

- Knowledge about the competitors of HMIL

Basic customer knowledge

- Understands customers’ business and marketplace issues

- Knowledgeable about customers’ training needs

Customer service

- Takes action to resolve tactical/operational problems

- Monitors account activity and problems

- Serves as customer advocate

Skills & Preferences

- Excellent analytical ability & Relationship management, team handling skills

- Excellent communication and writing skills

- Good presentation skills

- Self-motivated

- Self-starter

- Good knowledge of computers (MS Office)

Experience

- Minimum 12-16 yrs of experience preferably in Training & Consulting Organizations /service industry and handling branch operations. B2B experience a must.

Education-

- MBA/PG/PGDBM from B school

Location - Mumbai

Remuneration 30L to 35L Will not be a constraint for the Right Candidate.
