Details about the position:

Position: DGM/GM- Enterprise Sales

Location: Mumbai

Requisites:

- Minimum 15-20 years of experience preferably in service industry and handling branch operations

- Should have an understanding in corporate training products and services

- Should have an understanding in process improvement initiatives

- Should have an understanding in customers- business and marketplace issues

- Should have knowledge about customers- training needs

- Should have excellent communication and writing skills, good presentation skills

- Should have knowledge on computers (MS Office)

- Should be self-motivated, self-starter

- Should be good time manager

- Should be a contributor to team across locations and leverages organization resources optimally to sell & serve customer

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for sales of the region

- Responsible for P&L of the region

- Responsible for taking Care of Mumbai Operations

- Responsible for leading a team of managers & executives to achieve all matrices of sales, collection and profitability

- Responsible for prospecting, identifying and developing new corporate clients

- Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets

- Responsible for understanding the training business and what drives profitability

- Responsible for analyzing leads and opportunities to identify prospects and strategize sales pitch

- Ability to work under pressure

- Managing existing clients

- Maintains good long term relations with existing and new clients

- Responsible of people management of Mumbai Region
