DGM/GM/Director- Facets (Healthcare)

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the Facets Operations

- Team Management

- Monitoring daily Work Progress , Tracking , Mentoring the team

- Build onshore Partner Relationship & Effective Onshore-offshore, Communication

- Tracking and keeping the Management informed about the Progress (weekly/monthly)

- Working on Alleviation/Improvement plan, Handling Escalation Calls, and Prioritization of Tasks

- Decision making on the Team structure, Estimation of work allocation and Staff

- Onshore / Offshore Point of contact for change in process, Team Development, Improvement and Project Planning.

- Client Management

- Offshore Work Assignment & tracking to closure.

Candidate Requirement:

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Facets Operations.

- Good experience in the Healthcare Vertical

- Excellent communication and people management skills

- Good negotiation, leadership and analytical skills.
