Company : An ERP IT product company.

Work location : Near Bommanahalli, Hosur Road, Bangalore.

Job Title : DGM/GM - Controllership & Commercials

Reporting to : CFO

Experience needed : 15+ years

Mandatory : Must be a chartered accountant.

Brief Job Description :

Strategic:

Developing and implementation of internal control frameworks, Policy and Process frameworks.

Presentation of financial reporting and analysis, MIS, information to support decision making process.

Corporate Governance formation and implementation

Operational:

Supervision and finalization of accounts on monthly/ annual basis & ensuring effective implementation and compliance of internal control procedures and policies.

Preparing and analyzing monthly MIS/Management reports- profitability analysis.

Prepare consolidated financial statement with compliance IFRS requirement.

Business:

Work closely with CFO and head of sales to increase profitability

Closely work with information systems team to build a robust billing system

To analyze and validate the commercial viability of ideas and concepts that will help the business grow and increase revenue.

People:

Identify and coach talent and develop succession plans

Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
