DGM/GM - Content Development & Training Automation - Life Insurance

Key Accountabilities :

1. Create and execute Learning strategies for various distribution channels and target audience

2. Able to conduct TNA and evaluate Individual and organizational needs, and suggest suitable learning intervention for the same

3. Implement various learning methodologies to train across channels e.g. Competency building / workshops and FGDs

4. Implement suitable adult learning principles, cognitive theories and pedagogy to develop a learning blueprint for the entire learner lifecycle

5. Design and implement mLearning courses with experience of authoring tools (Articulate Storyline)

6. Knowledge Management - Manage and upgrade the existing content with appropriate version and access control

7. Design learning assessment templates for MIS to showcase to management

8. Provide deeper insights on learning behavior and suggest improvements therein

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications :

- Post graduate with 10+ years of work experience with at least 10 years in the domain of training content development, eLearning/ mLearning and Training delivery.

- Excellent communication skills with exceptional command over written and verbal English.

- Adept in Technical Writing and Visualization of a concept

- Can comprehend the requirement for content and suggest suitable design Platform and medium of delivery

- Certifications and experience in instructional design, content management, online training development will be an advantage

- Project management experience involving cross functional groups.

- Experience in Vendor Management. Must have managed large projects with annual outlay of 50 lakhs and above

- Exposure across different styles of training methodology and varied platforms of content delivery (like

classroom, m-learning, simulations, workshops) and extended to Level 3 of Bloom's hierarchy.
