DGM/GM - Cluster Institutional Head

- Monitor the cluster wise planning across all segments and maintain the data base of all contrctors and delaers.

- Prepare and maintain Indexing data base of all sites for future business and revenue generation. .

- Cluster wise awareness of new tender released across the zones in the cluster.

- Identify and Participate in large suitable Events / Seminars across the cluster to establish connect with large builders and stake holders.

- Prepare forecast of Government and Project sale for the Cluster.

- Own and drive the Cluster revenue targets across all the zones.

- Monitor the indexing and count of new projects added.

- Monitor the product wise sales and overall discount for all the zones.
