Job Location - Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Exp in residential projects OR warehousing / industrial projects

1. Identification of BD opportunities either in terms of JVs or JDs or DM or outright land purchase. Understand the business potential of the land. What is possible and what is not possible.

2. Negotiation with land owners.

3. Understand the land and its potential. Is it suited for residential or commercial or industrial.

4. Have financial skills to value the land

5. Understand what kind of approvals are required for the project

6. Should have good network with land owners and land brokers

7. Understand the legal issues of the land parcel being considered.
