DGM/GM/AVP - Strategy - Real Estate

My Client is India's leading Real Estate Developer. They have invested in a strong and professional strategy team that helps meet and exceed their growth ambitions and build organizational capability on all fronts. The work ranges from pure strategy initiatives to getting it done. Also, the strategy team serves as an incubator for new initiatives across the company as well as building future leaders.

Your role:

Your role would include contributing to team problem solving efforts for the engagement, identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement change within the organization.

You would be required to own work streams/ projects and guide associates in their respective work streams. This role also requires working closely with the crossfunctional teams for implementation of specific engagements and across multiple projects.

You would be constantly involved in discussions and presentations with the top management/board.

You should have:

- Interest in the real estate sector required, passion desirable, prior experience in the sector not mandatory.

- 3 to 5 years of work experience with Top Tier Management Consulting firms (BCG, McKinsey or A.T. Kearney)
