DGM/GM/AVP - Production/Mfg - Auto

Position- DGM/ GM/ A.V.P - Production / Manufacturing

Qualification - B.E./ B.Tech. ( Mechanical preferred ) – Full Time Only

Experience - 15 - 20 years in auto parts manufacturing industry

Key Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Installation, including trial runs

- Spearhead Production planning, production and Maintenance activities as per production plan

- Achieving daily/ weekly/ monthly production/ productivity targets thru’ effective resource utilization

- Coordinate material planning to lines/ processes to ensure target production

- Coordinate/ control maintenance activities for machine trouble shooting and minimum machine downtime

- Daily/ weekly monitoring & control of manpower required for achieving target production

Key Attributes :

- Complete knowledge of manufacturing, maintenance, quality, 5’S, Kaizen, JIT, TPM,

Personal Attributes:

- Leadership Qualities, Motivational skills, target orientation, control & man-handling skills.
