We are looking DGM - Global Internal Audit for world's leading service and outsourcing UK Based company at Okhala.

Information :

CTC : 22L - 30 L

Position Report to : Group Head of Internal Audit

Department : Global Internal Audit

Exp : CA with min 4 years post qualification experience in internal audit

Please go through the broadly defined job descriptions below in light to your current role and accountabilities :

- Manage the India based internal audit team day to day - the team is part of the Global Internal Audit (GIA) team and work on audits in the UK, Middle East and ASPAC for divisional Heads of Internal Audit (HIAs)

- Lead some internal audits ensuring that the Global Internal Audit methodology is used at all times - audits will be UK, Middle East or ASPAC based, travel will be required. This will involve ensuring work is completed to quality in all parts of the audit process - planning, fieldwork and reporting

- Participate in larger reviews as a team member

- Work with the divisional HIAs to support their delivery of the overall GIA plan including managing India based resources ensuring they are appropriately utilized and being part of the GIA Leadership Team

- Prepare monthly update reports for Middle East and ASPAC

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders in the business

- Ensure that the India based team have personal objectives and development plans in place and liaise with the HIAs to ensure training needs are identified and addressed

- Support the HIAs in continuously improving the delivery of internal audit

Team Related :

- Measure performance of the team for e.g. performance appraisals, confirmation and ongoing feedback and training

- Build effective vertical and horizontal communication channels

- Provide efficient leadership to the team

- To be a role-model for the Team in terms of performance/ behavior/ attitude

- Formulate long term plans for the development and motivation of the team

- Groom and mentor subordinates in handing more responsibility

Domain / functional expertise areas :

- Excellent at Oral & Written Communication, capable of report generation, outstanding data management skills, Should be able to do multi-tasking and is skilled in time management.
