DGM/General Manager - Manufacturing - Auto/Auto Ancillary/Tyre Industry

The candidate must be Full Time Engineering Graduate (Automobile / Mechanical / Production/ Industrial Engineering) & a full time MBA from reputed Institute.

Experience : 15+ years of manufacturing experience with 3+ years in a similar role as a PLANT HEAD from any reputed Auto / Auto Ancillary / Tyre Industry.

Age Bracket : 40-46 years

Major KRA :

- Directs and controls all manufacturing operations and leads the operations and maintenance staff

- Oversees management of all areas of plant and is responsible for cost and profitability of plant

- Responsible for the safety of employees and assets

- Directing HoDs and facilitating development of subordinates-

- Planning of factory layout, manufacturing schedule, employee requirement and financial and procurement requirements-

- Develop processes and initiate quality / productivity programs-

- Set in place policies to match compliance regulations and ensure a safe and healthy working environment
