Experience : 8-15 Years

Must have : Fundraising & ERP experience

Job Details :

- Debt Fund Raising from banks, NBFCs.

- Equity : Assisted the CFO in a Private Equity/Equity Fund Raise.

- Indian GAAP.

- Strong on MIS : If you want to raise big funds down the road, you will need to be able to have quarterly MIS for investors.

- Regulatory Compliance.

- ERP Knowledge : should have worked on SAP/Azure or leading industry ERPs. ERP implementation would be a positive.

- Risk Management : Relevant experience in Forex Risk Management.

- Financial Controls : Experience in setting up and managing Financial Control for key processes.
