Looking to hire DGM/GM F&A for a leading EPC company in Delhi NCR. He will be responsible for consolidation, audit & taxation

Qualification-CA, Exp 12 + yrs,

Job Responsibility

Ensuring smooth and error free function, strengthening internal control systems in Finance & Accounts.

Managing entire Accounting process.

Monthly & Quarterly consolidation of financials

Preparation of quarterly / annual financial statement of Company, its subsidiaries and other group Companies

Coordination with all units for timely completion of quarterly / annual audit with quality.

Handling Statutory & Internal Audits.

Ensuring timely preparation of MIS.

Financial Modeling and analysis for Company projections.

Handling Taxation (Direct & Indirect taxation).

Closely working with project controlling team.

Good knowledge on SAP.
