Financial Controller / DGM Finance Accounts with leading PE firm

Position will be Individual contributor role

Job Description :

- Financial Accounting, Audit, Book Closures, Controls, Accounting Policies

- Financial Planning & Analysis

- Internal MIS and Dash Boards using Digital Tools

- Due Diligence : Financial, Tax, Legal, etc closure

- Transaction Closure

- Monitoring the financial and Operational performance

- Treasury management in consultation with external consultants/bankers

- Compliance and controllership

- Review of Internal auditors reports

- Sound knowledge on Accounting Process and Controls

- Working on Accounting System: Oracle, SAP, etc,,

- Design Process, System, Controls in Digital environment

- Cost Controls and Management

- Fund Administration

Exp : 12 to 15 yrs with CA Post Qualification of about 8 to 12 yrs
