Ivy People is on a search of good finance professional for their MNC trading client @ Bangalore.  Responsibilities for Finance:  - Maintain day-to-day financial control of the service within budget heads agreed by the trustee board.  - Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control.  - Support the organisation in the provision of information for the estimates.  - Advise on proper allocation of resources.  - Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times.  - Prepare and review detailed budgets for approval by the governing body in conjunction with the appropriate persons.  - Make regular reports to the governing body on income, expenditure and any variations from budgets.  - Ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met in relation to submissions for funding, for grant aid, for contracts and any other initiatives.  - Finalization of accounts.  - Cash flow (in-flow) projections  - Supervision of billing, collections, banking, statutory compliances  - Periodical MIS  - Budgeting  - Returns filing  - Correspondence to bankers on financing  - Debt management  - Agreements and dispute resolution  - Supervision of costing  - Supervision of individual and functional performance  - Internal & Statutory Audit  Responsibilities for Logistics:  - Optimise Supply Chain - Imports, Supply, Storage and Distribution  - Overall Supervision of accurate demand planning activities  - Compliances related to Imports - returns, duties, taxes to be accurately managed & complied   - Overall supervision of Logistics function  - Overall controls and supervision of warehouses and manpower connected therewith.  - Management of Vendors who support the company in supply chain areas.  - Ensure smooth functioning of logistics function  Educational Qualifications: any of these qualifications: MBA/ICWA/CA/CPA/CFA/CMA  Experience Required: 10 to 15 years of hands on experience in Finance & Logistics of a reputed company.  - Should have worked in import intensive MNC trading/manufacturing companies.  Language Requirement: English, Hindi & Regional languages such as Kannada &Tamil is desirable.   Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
