Role Objective :
The incumbent will essentially be responsible to raise funds for the group from Banks, NBFCs, HFCs and Capital Market Instruments
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare robust financial models, CMAs, NBGs, proposal notes, information memorandums and other material as per transaction requirements in consonance with project lenders, Real Estate policies with minimum deviations.
- Ensure timely drawdown and compliance of all pre disbursement and post disbursement conditions incl. documentation, security creation, etc.
- Develop deeper understanding of project approvals, legal documentation, mortgage / registration requirements
- Continuously monitor projects funded, red flag problems and anticipating bankers requirements and be ready with solutions
- Open LCs / BGs and discount as per business requirements. Ensure margin efficiency & timely compliance i.e. submission of bills and other statutory documents including LC payments and freeing of limits as available
- Monitor non fund based limit requirements of the group in discussion with procurement / accounts and communicate to the team with a view to enhance limits as required
- Stay abreast with latest trends / developments in trade finance and communicate and ideate with team / external parties
Practice and Other Requirements :
- Should have sound knowledge of industry, different financial products and good understanding of banking system
- The person is expected to have good understanding of credit appraisal process and should be well versed with banking policies and guidelines.
- Understanding of Real Estate market would be an added advantage
