DGM - Finance - CA - Petroleum Speciality Products

The Company :

A leading petroleum specialty products business with global presence.

The Role :

DGM Finance and Accounts is responsible for the gamut of finance, accounts and MIS activities.

Indicative deliverable for the role :

- Responsible for devising & implementing Accounting Policies and Procedures in line with the corporate policy.

- Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows

- Preparation and accountability of Monthly Consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet and filing

- Financial analysis, financial statements

- Cash management and treasury duties

- Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained

- Responsible for managing Direct and Indirect Taxation

- Responsible for regulatory and internal compliance

- Manage ROC Matters, Audits, MIS and Reporting

The person for the role :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with post qualification experience of about 12 to 17 years in manufacturing setup in a senior role.

- Experience managing the finance, accounts and MIS function in SAP environment is a MUST.

- Good understanding of Management reporting and its linkages.
