DGM - Finance - CA - BFSI/Mfg/Auto/Infra

Roles & Responsibility :

1. Banking Area

- CMA preparation vetting for consortium banks

- Follow up with banks for obtaining approval

- Holding and making presentation for consortium meeting

- Documentation for facilities to be availed from banks

2. Term debt to be tied up for CAPEX/ BOO project requirement of Company

3. Facilitate Project export business including Post Award Approval

4. Submission of projection to rating agency / Term lender, Deal with rating agency

5. Support international trade business for Guarantee/ LC confirmation

6. Keep track of country rating ( ECGC, SBI or rating agency), Monitor latest RBI circular and changes at senior levels in bank

7. Handle complete Corporate Treasury function

8. Manage Foreign currency and commodity risks

9. Handle Large consortium banking

10. Good networking in banking fraternity.

Qualification : CA Final with 12+ years of experience
