A Leading Real Estate Focused Private Equity Firm is seeking to hire the under-said Position : DGM Finance - CA with minimum 5 years of experience (Prior Big4 experience a must) Job Description: 1. Oversee the entire accounts and finance function for Delhi/NCR 2. Review and monitor financial performance of the Company against the budget through timely reporting and appropriate financial analysis 3. Ensure finalization and audit of accounts; report on the same to the Board 4. Build robust internal controls and manage the internal audit process with the external auditors 5. Oversee direct and indirect tax functions including coordination with external service providers 6. Formulate and review accounting policies & procedures on a continuous basis 7. Develop a framework for budgeting, project accounting and establish regular financial reporting &amp; project wise MIS 8. Ensure compliance to laws and all regulatory requirements 9. Coordinate with Corporate finance team of the group to ensure alignment
