Position: DGM - Finance & Accounts

Qualification: Qualified CA

Experience: Minimum 12 - 15 years in any Manufacturing Industry.

Salary:18L - 20L per annum (As per norms).

Location: Raigad, MH.

Qualification & Experience:

Qualified CA with 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts functions with at least 5 years of experience as Head of Finance function for any Steel manufacturing company.

Job Description :-

- Exposure in GL, Trial balance and finalization, basically R2R profile.

- Candidate should be certified in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

- Daily record-keeping & Accounting: including Sales, Purchase, Payments.

- Expenses, Cash and Bank reconciliation.

- Payroll Processing.

- Company Law, TDS & Labour Compliances.

- Assistance in Audit, Accounts finalization, other Legal compliances.

- Preparation of Reports & MIS.

- The candidate must have exposure to SAP.

- Financial planning, Annual Budgeting and Project Funding.

- Preparation of profit & Loss, Cash flow, Balance sheet.

- Forecasting and Cost analysis.

- MIS and experience in planning and executing monthly/quarterly/annual closure schedules.
