DGM-Finance & Accounts (Mumbai):

Job Profile: Responsible for managing Corporate Finance & Accounts. Will lead a team of 4-5.

KRAs

Financial Accounting-

- Quarterly and yearly preparation & consolidation of financial statements for the Business Division and coordinating with multiple factory locations for the purpose

- Improving existing internal Control processes & implementation thereof

- GST compliance

- Handling of Tax Audit and return of Income filing submitted to corporate Taxation.

- Fixed Assets and Insurance

- FEMA related compliance

- Audit (statutory/Tax/Internal)

- Transfer pricing

- ICFR

Management Control-

- Capital budgeting & monitoring

- Inventory management and Insurance

- Fixed Asset and Insurance

Candidate Profile: CAs (must have cleared CA inter & final in 1st or 2nd attempt) with 11-18 years relevant experience in manufacturing organisations. Must have worked on SAP.
