DGM Exports Marketing

- Responsible for P&L for Exports Sales & Marketing division.


- Finding new geographies for growth and expand the network.

- Responsible for all compliance's with respect to export function and operations.

- Managing Sales & Marketing operations in Indian Sub-continent, SAARC, South

- East Asian Countries, Middle East, African Countries, South America countries,

- South-Eastern European Countries

- Conceptualize, strategize and implement innovative sales and marketing plans to ensure continued dominant market share in the countries where company has presence today.

- Develop the distribution network, identify potential buyers, negotiate and finalize business contracts.

- Distributor management/establish and maintain good personal rapport with major account holders

- Yearly Sales Plan and responsible for Top Line Sales and work towards to increase the market share.

- Meeting the budgeted sales targets through increased team performance.

- Constantly strive to increase market share in various business segments.

- Implement sales policies/ plans of the company to achieve higher levels in business operations.

- Team building and people development leading to a cohesive teamwork.

- Interact closely with SCM / Logistic team to ensure the right product mix availability for export market

- Responsible for end-to-end Sales, Export Operations, Exports related

- Documentation and Regulatory Compliances.

- Build the Organization Brand and Visibility in external markets and build international Value Proposition for the Organization.

Skills:

- Requires conceptualizing, strategizing and implementing innovative sales and marketing plans to ensure continued dominant market share.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Good interpersonal influencing capability.

- Data management and analytical capability.

- Knowledge in SAP

- MBA/PGDM - International Business /Marketing (preferably from a premier Campus)

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in exports marketing and sales function in large manufacturing industry, managing highly visible and successful product.

- Hands-on experience from Indian Sub-continent, South East Asian Countries, South America countries, Middle East, African Countries, South-Eastern European Countries.
