DGM - Engineering & Innovation - Housing Finance Firm

Job Purpose The role incumbent will be responsible for strategic planning, overall management of development team, defining roadmap and end-to-end project delivery. The incumbent also be managing the Data Analytics platform setup and expansion, will lead technology innovation initiatives, identify opportunities for automation, TAT improvements and work with relevant partners to fully leverage the latest solutions and technologies.

Key responsibilities :

- Plan and implement a roadmap for the in-house development team

- Independently manage and keep track of development projects

- Work closely with business teams to understand and prioritize requirements for development.

- Drive the design and implementation of the Analytics platform while working closely with business and implementation teams.

- Conceptualize and drive innovation projects, conduct POC's and demos with fintech and new age tech partners, conduct sessions on new technologies and trends.

- Drive process standardization and champion use of best practises.

- Drive automation and TAT improvement initiatives.

- Knowledge of Scrum & Iterative approaches

- Experience in working on micro services based architecture

- Assist teams in UAT testing and resolve issues as per criticality.

- Publish regular reports of activities and highlight risks if any

Qualification & experience

- Years of experience: 12-16 years of experience

- Mandatory Qualification - Engineering Degree

- Good to have, not mandatory - MBA
