About our Client - Our client is a ~4000 cr. Indian multinational in the consumer durables space. They are leaders in the areas they operate in and are growing quickly in the India market. They are looking to hire a senior High profitability and further expansion plans

Job Description : Reporting into the Head of HR, your responsibilities will include:

- The person would have two different portfolios:

- Head of Employee relations as a Centre of Expertise

- Corporate HR Business Partner for the operations organizations - a total of 5 factories and a workforce (incl. contractual) of around 3000+

- Employee relations Concluding the wage settlements with unions of different units

- Ensuring company-wide legal compliance on all matters related to employment laws

- Driving external stakeholder management who will have potential impact on employee relations

- HR Business Partner : Supporting the HR Head and CoE in transforming the company towards a consumer culture

- Strengthening the existing HR processes of talent and performance management, rewards, communication and engagement, employee development, etc.

The Successful Candidate :

- You will come with 20-25 years of total experience with at least 10+ years in employee relations.

- Exposure to managing multiple plants with expertise in union negotiation, long term settlements is a must have.

- Additionally, you will have the exposure of working in a multi location role.
