Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Employee Feedback - launch tools and programs to collate employee feedback on an ongoing basis - focus groups, surveys, online tools etc
- Program Manage all ESAT and Managerial effectiveness related activities, analysis and data collation, lead manage the action plans and related interventions to drive Employee Engagement
- Analyze the Employee feedback received via various tools and work towards improving the processes by working with different stakeholders
- Create manager oriented value cards from employee engagement and managerial effectiveness survey to improve managerial capabilities in the organization
- Work closely with Business heads to understand people imperatives and support Business HR in driving key organizational and individual plans to improve and sustain high employee engagement
- End-to-end responsibility of driving a world class employee recognition program and keep evolving to improve employee motivation and effectiveness
- Collaborate with business leaders, BHR and RHR Teams in effective deployment and timely update of the recognition program
- Possess strong business acumen and the ability to link current and anticipated business challenges with the strategic HR imperatives
- Liaise with L&D team to determine training needs for the business/region and ensure implementation of training programs for managers and leadership related to employee engagement
- Work on evolving and utilizing the available Communication platforms
- Provide creative and advisory inputs in areas like talent management and employee engagement
- Design and develop innovative and high-impact global communication programs for launch and promotion of key projects in HR
Desired Skills & Experience:
Essential Qualifications: MBA (Preferred)
- Graduate with technical or equivalent degree
- Certification or Diploma in organizational communication.
