Job Description:

Scope and Duties

- To plan, design and execute electrical engineering activities for a complete project in accordance with the applicable codes and guidelines.

Essential Function

- Planning and design of electrical design activity for complete projects. Shall ensure quality of the documents/ drawings and time delivery to the satisfaction of customer and as per applicable quality process procedure.

Other Functions –

Development of expertise, training, standardization and coordination.

Job Responsibilities –

1. Responsible for successful execution of proposal, basic and detailed engineering activities, inclusive of optimization of design for projects assigned by Departmental Head.

2. Coordination with other departments, all offices, clients and vendors.

3. Preparation of required process procedures, guidelines and engineering standards.

4. Man hour estimation and monitoring actual man hour requirement.

5. Responsible for training and standardization and providing guidance to subordinates.

6. Implementation of applicable quality process procedures.

7. Preparation of training plan in consultation with General Manager.

8. Infrastructure and manpower forecasting.

9. Customer satisfaction.

Organization Relationship – Directly reporting to GM

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience –

- Minimum Electrical engineering graduate with relevant experience.

Technical Requirement:-

- Understanding electrical engineering design, knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
