DGM - Digital Strategy - FMCG/eCommerce

Job Description :

- Provide insightful guidance to shape the organization's actions in the area of digital both from a Strategy and Operations perspective

- Support with domain expertise in the space

- Helping Senior management with market understanding, customer insights, competitive information and key trends to enable digital transformation strategy development

- Bring clarity to the subject with relevant insights and analytics

- Lead the development of proposals /business cases

- Lead implementation of pilots and strategic initiatives in partnership with the business teams

- Financial modelling for various scenarios

- Collaborating & networking across businesses, functions and across levels to deliver outcomes within timelines

- Support / manage e-commerce pilots

- Develop/articulate alternative Digital / E-commerce approaches available for both Sector and Divisions, for each use case

- Embedded in business to deliver strategies to meaningful outcomes

- Customer/Competition/Market Insights & Solutions

- Alerting Senior Mgmt. to threat and help them understand ways in which they can pan out

- Developing business cases & financial scenarios for Businesses in various phases of growth

- Participating and supporting delivery on critical organization level projects

- Data collation & presentation preparation for key Strategy review
