Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of digitization initiatives and the to-be-developed digital platform within the strategy team

- Bring in fresh thinking around how the mobile, internet of things, m-commerce and digital platforms can help farmers mechanize and improve their lives

- Pragmatically create linkages with existing and relevant digital activities

- Learn from other industries and from competitors to bring in new digital business models and partnership opportunities

- Own and roll out 2-3 new digitization projects/ year directly and/or with support from other functions

Candidate profile :

- Total 10 -15 years of experience, with the last 3 - 5 years in a role focused on leveraging the digital space to build new revenues

- Experience in strategy and implementation in e-commerce industry preferred

- Experience of taking projects right through from idea generation through to in-market launch

- B2C experience preferred
