DGM Digital Experience

- MBA Marketing must

- 10 - 12 years of experience in Digital marketing - Deep understanding of digital eco-system, online discovery and defining consumer journey online to compliment both online and offline business Channels.

- Hands on experience on social, performance marketing (O2O), media planning & buying, aggregator management, market place performance, campaign ideation and execution, Creative content ideation and development for digital, experience in Videos, influencer management, digital shoot management, agency management, ORM tools, GMB management, cost negotiation etc.

- Previous work experience into Fashion/ apparel ecommerce will be an advantage


Developing Digital & Content strategy:

- Annual digital strategy roadmap & required content - work closely with Key stakeholders including Omni team & digital agency to chalk out monthly, season launch, new store digital & align plans with overall marketing objective

- Strategy & plan for digitally influenced offline sales and social CRM

- Benchmark digital driven best practices in the industry in India and globally - encourage agency partners to innovate on an ongoing basis

Digital first Brand communication:

- Work closely with Brand communication team to align digital experience in line with the overall Brand Prism

- Amplify brand campaigns digitally with clear KPIs for Top and Middle funnel

- Create Campaigns which are digital first in enabling consistent brand discovery

- Work closely with Ecommerce team for continuous learning of audience pool behavior to optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis

- Drive Shoot & content creation process for all digital / social CRM requirements keeping in mind Brand ethos

Influencer management programme:

- Engagement plan with influencers and bloggers as a reflection of Brand Prism

- Content development with influencers for digital and drive perception, category awareness and store & online trial

Social CRM & Social media management:

- Explore ways to connect with loyalty members on digital and drive engagement

- Management of social media content calendar for FB, Instagram, you tube, LinkedIn, Twitter and other relevant platforms

- Ideate and create content as required

Marketplace & Channel engagement, Mobile & ORM:

- Engage with ecommerce teams internally and externally to ensure brand guidelines are met in achieving consistency in communication

- Explore ORM tools and work with agency to maintain positive brand imagery

- Proficient in customizing / optimizing content for mobile and digital channels

- Engagement with Channel partners (Large format) to partner with their digital initiatives

Implementation of Plans:

- Operations & coordination - Manage operations & timelines for all digital projects in close coordination with stakeholders

- Agency management - Briefing, ideation, scheduling, execution, budgets, reporting

- Areas of operation - Google & Meta Partnership, Website, Content development & marketing, social media, digital promotions & campaigns, Online reputation Management, Offline & online synergy

- Liaison with internal stakeholders such as design & buying teams, ensure that the right product / merchandise is featured digitally

- Drive and manage the social media initiatives (content, digital properties, engagement) of the brand

- Set SMART Goals and KPIs for Seasonal campaigns and report the performance on a periodic level with internal stakeholders

- Establish Dashboards and standard reporting frequently with key stakeholders and create awareness about Digital initiatives within the organization

Process Excellence, Budgeting and reporting:

- Establish processes which are future-fit with both internal and external stakeholders across annual calendar development, media, consumer promotion, creative & content, shoot, campaign rollout etc

- Establish checks & balances through the process to ensure timelines are met and identify potential issues well on time to take measures accordingly

- Develop annual plans and budgets for the brand. Keep track of all expenditures vis- vis budgets

Tools & Technologies:

- Technology - A basic understanding of Web, Mobile, Database technologies

- Deep understanding of Google & Meta platforms for both online and store traffic campaigns. Hands on with Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, Social media tracking & monitoring tools such Locobuzz, Unmetric, Radian6, Meltwater

- Ability to manage GLC Campaigns, Google MCC interface & Google My Business (GMB)

- Ability to define sharp goals and measures for each platform and media type

- Advanced data management skills - MS office and other tools

- Ability to create SOP and SLA documents & guide teams
