Looking for DGM Customer Service & Vendor Management having 7-11 years of experience and will be responsible for below job responsibilities

- Ensure all Customer Service & Vendor Management related activities
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of Customer & Vendor experience
- Own customization and performance of all Customer experience related IT tools. Build process automation and IT supported execution wherever possible
- Act as an interface between vendors and the company and manage the procurement process
- End to end management of replenishment process including requisition/PO & invoice processing, stock monitoring and forecasting
- Ensure Vendors meet SLAs pertaining to order fulfillment rate, lead times, on-time handover, short pick etc.
- Monitor and review Vendor performance in delivery reliability, quality and accuracy of estimates and invoices.
