Looking for potential candidates with Minimum 15 years which should include CS back office Operations as well as customer engagement & Retentions with following skills.
Key Accountabilities / Role Description:
- To lead the domestic call center back office operations
Primary Skills:
- Strong leadership skills, Excellent communication skills
Must to Have:
- Strong knowledge in Customer Service Back Office
- Strong understanding of the Mobile Money industry
- Strong understanding of the overall business model
- Ability to handle a very large team.
- Strong experience in business development at national and international level.
- Ability to create a shared vision aligned to business priority and organizational goals.
- Strong exposure into BPO/SSC in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Indian Telecom business.
- Should have handled and delivered large national project positively impacting customer experience.
- National perspective of the geography and customer profile.
- Ability to communicate at multiple levels with both customers and colleagues
Experience
- 10 years- experience in handling large scale domestic customer operations
- Should have experience of managing a strategic and operational role
- Exposure to a National strategic role would be desired
Educational Qualifications
- Any Graduate with a Post Graduate qualification in Management
- Basic Finance & P&L management
