DGM - Credit Controller

We are hiring for a Credit Controller

Position Credit Control : Grade Band E2/E3

Reporting Manager : Head - Accounts and Finance

Location: Ahmedabad

Peer Positions : Regional Finance Controller

Age Band : 35 to 40

- To manage the Revenue & credit control in company division as a part of Finance team,

- Overall control over revenue & credit (DOA & policy compliance), DSO management, collection overview & calls, PBDD reviews & control, co-ordination with MDM team on SO release & CL setting in SAP, meeting customers towards collection, ensuring control over balance confirmation & account reconciliation, control over POD, MCS control documentation

Deliverables / Responsible for (results):

1. Ensuring timely credit limit setting for customers

2. Ensuring periodic review of credit limit for existing customers

3. Setting collection target and forth-nightly collection call with Sales Head

4. Control & review over PBDD

5. Controlling DSO & keeping DSO within budgeted limit in co-ordination with sales team

6. Ensuring balance confirmation & account reconciliation of customers

7. POD control, implementation of sales tax in co-ordination with tax department

8. Review of non-paying customers and initiating legal in a time bound manner

9. Timely issuance of credit notes, checking & approving credit notes

10. Bad debts write off proposal as per policy

11. Ensuring compliance of policy on credit control

12. Visiting Top 20 customers for timely outstanding review

13. Maintaining audit documentation and co-ordination with auditors towards open point closure

14. Close co-ordination with regional credit control team

15. Timely MIS on revenue management

Qualification : CA

Experience : 10 + Years
