Role: DGM Costing

Qualification: CMA

We are looking for the role of "DGM Costing" for a leading electrical products manufacturing MNC.

This is a diversity role, only female candidates will be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Overseeing and assessing the activities of the Costing, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team.

- Providing timely support to the plant for unforeseen requests and handling escalations.

- Collaborating closely with the Financial Business Partner (FBP) and COCE team in various costing initiatives, including Cost Structure Changes (CSC), Total Productivity (TP), Integrated Demand and Supply Planning (IDB), cost reduction campaigns, Core Reference analysis, and Cost benchmarking.

- Analyzing and justifying differences in Do Gate Costing, CSC, and current costs for major projects.

- Conducting simulation analyses to understand the impact of changes in overhead costs on the base cost.

- Assessing the effect on product costs associated with transitioning to a new cooling plant or relocating to the One BEF campus.

- Validating the cost savings achieved by operations in transfer projects.

- Performing simulation and costing activities for new products within the Legal and Operational (L&O) framework.
