DGM - Corporate Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis

Key Requisites:

- CA with Bachelor's degree in accounting

- Knowledge of ERP - SAP. Good in Excel.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with thorough / detail-oriented approach.

- Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries, being self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality.

- Basic knowledge of Sales, distribution, production, planning, finance is essential.

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FP&A.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Preparing Annual Budget (for all including subsidiaries and operations )

- Providing financial analysis and reports on the business performance including: Monthly MIS (all financial MIS, product/market/customer/integral profitability), rolling forecasts, with focus on P&L analytics , Strategic Review, cost control.

- Periodic review meeting and subsequent follow ups.

- Variance analysis of Expense reports & discussion with all the stake holders.

- Providing guidance to financial and non-financial stakeholders on FP&A related matters

- Prepares, attends, minutes and keeps track of follow ups regarding performance and meetings.

- Takes initiative to bring relevant financial issues to the attention of his/her relevant stakeholders.
