Reporting to AVP

- To evaluate, analyse and present structures/ options to raise and secure funding to meet cash flow mismatches;

- To review the Financial Model/ CMA data to assist in debt raising/ refinancing/ term loan review/ cash flow mismatch assessment etc.

- To review/ prepare the proposals and notes (executive summaries, justification/ rationale, deal notes etc.) prepared by the team for onward dealing with lenders, consultants, lawyers etc.

- To review the debt servicing process and ensure the no default situation.

- To supervise, review and monitor the preparation of Techno Economic viability study/ techno economic feasibility report for capex projects/ acquisitions.

- To supervise, review and monitor the preparation of Lenders Independent Engineer Report, ASM report (agency for specialized monitoring), Valuation reports, Title Search Reports etc.

- To ensure compliances in accordance with loan documents (qtly, half yearly, yearly etc) and other regulatory compliances as applicable

- To negotiate term sheet and loan documents with lenders and ensure timely creation/ perfection of security, compliance of disbursement conditions

- To check and analyse the MIS prepared for management review.

- To review the presentations for lenders' meeting and for bilateral meeting with lenders

- To evaluate the capex proposal and review the viability calculations

- To monitor the performance of the approved capex plans

- To evaluate the M&A proposals, prepare summary notes/ presentation and track the prospective targets performance and also include proper coordination for deal conclusion

- To ensure compliances under loan documents etc.

- To write official letters/ correspondence with stakeholders including lenders
