DGM - Contracts - Telecom/Infra/BFSI

We are looking for a DGM - Contracts for our client with pan India presence based at Gurgaon.

Location : Gurgaon.

Grade : DGM

Role : Corporate , Individual Contributor

Reports to : National Head

CTC : Industry Standards

Education & Exp : LLB (mandatory) ; Post qualification experience of minimum 8-15 yrs ONLY

Working Conditions : Regular working hours ; 5 days a week. Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Management / administration of all contracts in accordance with the functional and / or Company policies and processes;

- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and formalizing various forms of contracts (standard as well as non-standard)

- Maintain and update on regular basis records, documents, approvals, MIS, etc. in relation to contracts as per the functional policies, processes and guidelines;

- Working collaboratively with the stakeholders, both internal as external

- To ensure that all contracts in the Company are formalized as per the proper approval and in line with the Company policies, processes and guidelines;

- Perform and carry out the responsibilities in adherence with the functional and Company policies, processes, guidelines

Skills:

- Experience of working in a law firm or as an in-house counsel at Corporate or Head Office of a company would be an asset

- Expert knowledge in relation to contracting including as that of drafting, negotiating, closing, executing and administration thereof

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Should have good demonstrable communication skills (written as well as verbal)

- Good inter-personal skills, able to work professionally and effectively with colleagues from all functions within and external

- Results-driven and detail-oriented

- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under heavy workload with aggressive timelines

- Team player with high integrity and ethical standards

- Adaptable and flexible to operate in complex and changing environment
