Currently we are working on senior level role with one of the reputed company in India.

Designation : DGM - Contracts

Qualification : B.E./ B.Tech Civil

CTC : CTC will not be a constraint for the right candidates.

Location Mumbai

Responsibility :

i. Selection of vendors and Preparation of tender documents.

ii. Conducting pre-bid meeting, Preparation of clarification notes on bidder's queries.

Evaluation of tenders and Preparation of comparatives.

Contracts- Administration

i. Ensuring statutory compliances by the contractor as per the conditions of the contract.

ii. Incorporation of work amendments in the existing Work Contracts, for tendered items.

iii. Due diligence of non-tendered items claims submitted by the Contractor.

Experience:

Relevant experience into FIDIC Contracts
