DGM - Contract Manager - LLB - Telecom

Candidate must have 12 to 17 yrs experience in Contract Management . Understanding of Telecom

- Effective manage Contract in corporate and at Circle Level, Template governess.

- Format finalization.

- Managing templates and clauses on Portal.

- Standardization of documentation for department.

- Management of Contracts.

- Responsible for Vendor Negotiations .

- Maintaining and improving alerts and MIS on all Agreement.

Candidate should be LLB.
