Hiring for client Global Equity Management based out at Chennai.

Job Title - DGM / GM Commercial Leasing

Purpose of the Role:

- Driving primary leasing activities for the Office Spaces in Chennai market (South India).

- Driving primary leasing activities and sharing leads of small office options, flexible office options with Cowrks Team for existing centers.

- Identifying and developing strategic alliances with various IPCs & Brokers.

- Business Development i.e. sourcing new deals through intermediary network (IPCs, Local Consultants & Architects).

- Relationship Management with Clients, IPCs and Local Property Consultants.

- Co-ordinating with Clients, Architects and Project team for all fit outs works.

- Developing project feasibility reports after studying the markets and analyzing emerging markets.

- Analyzing market data to identify local trends and define strategies.

- Coordination with internal departments and consultants for project development and post-transaction support for complete lease cycle of occupier.
