DGM Commercials

- Plan, execute, & manage the Commercial Operations of the Company.

- Responsible for all compliance's with respect to Marketing operations.

- Responsible for all consolidated Depots/warehouse operations and primary sales logistics support.

- Plan and analyze operational data and reports to ascertain degree of conformity with established policies, work standards, and procedural directives.

- Prepare future warehousing needs and designs for the region based on target growth rate, expansion, customer demand.

- Track and Monitor Billing, Dispatch and overall depot/sales office operations for the respective regions.

- Inspects and evaluates inventory management activities.

- Work closely with operations team, Sales, distribution and other stake holders for smooth operations and stock availability.

- Identify and negotiate during procurement of warehouse spaces, execute lease agreement and ensure compliances in place

- Prepare regional dash boards/reports-Monthly/Quarterly /Annually

- Track and Monitor monthly GST data, reconciliations and monthly expense provision for the region etc

- Monitor physical stocks, Inter Branch Transfer Advice, forecast vs dispatch reports

- Maintaining books of accounts, budgeting and costing, compliances with accounting standards and statutory regulations (including TDS, Central Excise, Sales Tax/VAT, Service Tax ... etc)

- Commercial negotiations, fixed asset management, stock control and inventory management, MIS reports, liaisioning and general Administration

- Team building and people development leading to a cohesive teamwork.

- CA or equivalent qualification

- Prefer someone from manufacturing/auto/auto ancillary/ lubricant / paint / adhesive /core industry operating on distribution model, managing highly visible and successful product.
