Client : Leading Telecom House @ Corporate Office

Must be experienced in high impact mass media BRANDING at NATIONAL Level - preferred if currently responsible for running advertisement in TV

The purpose of this role is creation of world class communication solutions for brand. This role is expected to deliver around 4 high impact national campaigns - with a full 360. In addition, this person is expected to manage all communication requirements needed to support specific marketing verticals.

Strategy development:

- Unearth insights from primary & secondary sources & be the voice of consumer logic.

- Ensure that research & direct consumer data is used to consistently sharpen our strategic focus

- Interface with the product marketing group to influence the pipeline of products/ propositions

Creative development:

- Management of workflows & timelines for development of ATL campaigns (across TV, print, retail, digital, outdoor & radio)

- Complete oversight from brief to output for all BTL campaigns

- Manage 3rd party vendors (e.g. film producers, photographers) to ensure we get best in class quality

In market efficiency:

- Ensure management of timelines for campaign (ATL & BTL) development

- Ensure total compliance with brand guidelines

- Liaise with Circles to ensure most effective deployment of campaigns

- Work with the media team to ensure that most efficient solutions are deployed

People Development / Team Management :

- Ensure that agency resources are fully engaged/ keen to work on our business

Challenges:

- Creative judgment needed to assess BTL & ATL work

- Management of an ATL/ BTL calendar on assigned businesses

- Management of partner agencies & vendors

- Internal partnership with Circles & marketing group

- Decision level

Prime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management

- Execution of tactical & national campaigns Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis

- Communication strategy

- Creative development Contributory: Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others

- Brand guideline agreement
