DGM/AVP - Digital Architect - Digital Transformation Projects - IT

- Should have experience in Digital & Technology interventions, Digital technologies, creation of robots and digital solutions to bring automation within Transitions

- Drive implementation of digital led transformation projects within the transition function

- Exp as Digital Program Manager, own End to End implementation of Platforms (Benchmarking, Evaluating, POCs, Sourcing, implementing and change management)

- Design, administration and project management of digital enhancements for the transition function

- Should be digital architect and must have experience in creating digital assets

- Assist in development and implementation of digital capabilities.

- Work with leadership and senior stakeholders to understand business conditions and evaluate Digital capability offerings to tie with E2E transformation / transition solutions

- Assist with research efforts with regards to vendors for acquiring best in class capabilities for virtually enabled and digitally led transitions

- Excellent communications skills & stakeholder management.

- Must have good business acumen.

- Understanding of project management processes & procedures.
